In a recent Steps To Respect lesson we learned about intentions. Here are our words to finish this statement:
"One way that I have shown my good intentions to a friend:"
"...being nice to my friend." "Saying 'sorry', 'I didn't mean to' and asking to do something fun." "I have let me friend do what she wanted to do instead of what I wanted." "...when I let my friend use my glue stick." "When my friend missed a day of our martial arts training, I told him what he missed." "...to try to be as nice as possible." "I let my friend use my hat at the Storm game." "I help them when they need help and helping them catch up on what they missed." "I share with them." "...letting her use my glue." "...is that I listen to them and make sure everything is fair." "I have helped my friend with homework." "...by helping my friend when they don't know what to do." "...when I helped her solve a conflict with another person." "When my friend ran two miles and was parched--I had a whole bottle of Gatorade. I just gave it to her." "I rode my bike and my friend rode his skateboard." "...play what they want." "...did what they wanted to do." "I helped them out with the things in school that they missed."
